Return Policy 

We are committed to finding and bringing our customers the highest quality products available.

 

Most items can be returned within 30 days of ship date. All returns must be authorized by Pastry Chef’s Boutique first. Please contact us at 732 8-PASTRY or by e-mail at info@pastrychefsboutique.com for authorization and return instructions. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit for the purchase amount minus shipping.

First, please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 business days if anything is missing, you received incorrect items, or there is damage to the packaging and/or products. Any damage to the outside packaging and/or goods received should be documented with photos. 

 

All returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories in order to be accepted.

 

The following items cannot be returned:

- Baking Ingredients (all perishable items)

- Disposable products (plating, utensils, baking cups, boxes, etc)

- Books

- Items that have been in contact with any food product.

- Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling.

- Special Orders.

- Made to order items.

- Final sale items.


International orders cannot be returned at this time.


Please note that we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear, and prior purchases are not eligible for any price adjustments.

 

Original Shipping charges and Return Delivery charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

 

Some items can be returned with a pre-paid shipping label. If you would like a pre-paid label sent to you for your return, please contact Customer Service at info@pastrychefsboutique.com or call 732-872-7879. After we determine if your order is eligible for a pre-paid label, we will e-mail the label to you and a standard fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your final refund. Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email concerning your refund.


Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return for your account to be credited. A refund by check will take up to 14 business days. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.

 

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items
Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or any incorrect items that may have been shipped.  Should you receive any of the aforementioned items, contact Customer Service at info@pastrychefsboutique.com or call 732-872-7879 within 30 days from the original ship date. The refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) plus any original shipping charge paid by you and any return shipping costs ONLY if a copy of the shipping receipt is included with the package being returned. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking.

Please note: Only standard carrier services will be refunded. Do not expedite.
