EVO Meltinchoc is a professional dry heat chocolate melter designed for continuous use in pastry and chocolate laboratories. It combines advanced thermal management with automatic mixing to ensure fast melting, stable temperature and perfectly homogeneous chocolate during processing.
Equipped with a removable basin and a modular architecture separating mechanical, thermal and electronic components, the machine offers improved reliability, easy maintenance and long-term durability.
Temperature is precisely controlled through a combined NTC probe and infrared sensor system, while the intuitive touch display allows users to select chocolate programs, adjust settings and manage custom cycles.
Additional features include automatic mixing, Night Mode to maintain chocolate at 45 °C during inactivity, and a dedicated Cocoa Butter program that manages heating, cooling and tempering phases automatically.
