We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re shopping Online at, or on the phone with our Customer Contact Center. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as  “Pastry Chef’s Boutique” in this policy.)


As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Pastry Chef’s Boutique. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Pastry Chef’s Boutique, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Pastry Chef’s Boutique’s Privacy Policy (Opens in a new window) and Terms of Use (Opens in a new window).


We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Pastry Chef’s Boutique. That’s because we go out of our way to source tools and unique products you need, and we design and create innovative products to meet the highest expectation. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.




With a few exceptions, all regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is in new and unused condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.



We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  •  ●     Disposable products (plating, utensils, baking cups, boxes, etc)
  •  ●     Books
  •  ●     Electric Equipment
  •  ●     Items that have been in contact with any food product
  •  ●     Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling.
  •  ●     Special Order products
  •  ●     Many Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may not be returned
  •  ●     Final Sale Items

Returns for Consumable Products

We are unable to accept returned consumable products. This allows us to ensure the products are good to use, untampered with, and have adequate shelf life.


Restocking Fees

 A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 15% of the item(s) cost for commercial locations and residential locations.


Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Any return requests for Special Order or Drop Ship Products must be issued by our Customer Solutions Specialists.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Receipt of Incorrect Product

If you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep the item(s) unused and in the original packaging and reach out to our Customer Solutions team. They will work with you to reship the correct item or offer a refund. We may require a picture of the incorrect product you received and will cover the cost of return shipping for that item.


Chocolate Order


Please note that unfortunately, due to chocolate nature and properties, Pastry Chef's Boutique, LLC cannot be responsible for anychocolate melting during transit and after delivery if order is placed with a shipment method other than UPS Next Day Air.

When ordering chocolate, to be delivered to known hot locations, or during
summer months some melting may occur during transit,and/or after delivery when left outside. Unless your order is placed with a UPS Next Day Air Priority shipping method some meltingmight occur during transit.

Chocolate Orders are not shipped over the week-end due to extremely hot conditions of shipping Carrier facilities (not air-conditioned warehouse, trucks...).Our couverture chocolate is not finished products but ingredients that will be melted to be incorporated into your recipe. Even if some melting occurred during or after transit your chocolate can still be properly tempered.


Canceling your order

Customers wishing to cancel their orders prior to shipping must sent an email at, customer will get money back for their transaction's full amount. All items purchased with complete disregard to stated "Shipping Recommendations" cannot be guaranteed and will not be replaced or refunded in case of delay or damages during transit - No Exception. If shipment is already in UPS hands, customer must wait for shipment to be received and call customer service for an RMA upon receipt. 


Special Orders

Special orders may require up to 48 hours to be processed. Special Offers are final and cannot be returned. Absolutely No Return, Cancelation or Refund on Special Orders and/or Special Offers.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent we may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any warranty or limit our liability, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of our liability will be the minimum permitted under such law.

Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as "special offers" or "special offer". This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
