Beeswax Protective Coating
- Protected with a natural beeswax coating to prevent rust during storage
- Before first use, clean with very hot water to remove beeswax
- If residue remains, wipe pan while warm with paper towels
Seasoning Instructions
- Cover bottom of pan with flavorless oil
- Heat for approximately 5 minutes
- Let cool, drain oil, and wipe clean with paper towels
- Repeat once more to build the natural nonstick patina
Maximum Temperature & Heating Guidelines
- Use approximately 60% heating power (level 6 out of 10)
- The flame must not extend beyond the base
- Heat pan gradually
- Do not leave empty pan on a heated burner
- Ideal temperature is reached when water forms small bouncing beads (Leidenfrost effect)
Usage & Care
- Hand wash only with hot water immediately after use
- Dry immediately and store in a dry place
- Lightly oil before storing to prevent rust
- Do not remove the natural patina layer — it forms the nonstick surface
- Do not use dishwasher
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, bleach, or oven cleaners
- Improper use may void manufacturer warranty
