Nina Métayer has risen as one of France’s most influential contemporary pastry chefs, celebrated for her elegant designs, poetic visual language, and light-handed approach to flavor. After training at Ferrandi Paris and working under Jean-François Piège and Yannick Alléno, she became Head Pastry Chef at Le Grand Restaurant, then Café Pouchkine, before launching Delicatesserie. Twice named Pastry Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau, Métayer’s creations combine sculptural beauty with technical mastery and a resolutely modern, feminine voice. She now pioneers direct-to-consumer pastry experiences through digital innovation and luxury savoir-faire.
