Good tarte kit

This kit is excellent, gets you set up to create this awesome little tarts. The ring produces a great shell and the mould can double for freezing or baking an item. Very versatile kit. The box says included recipe, but I found none inside.

Beautifully contained my petit gateaux made with 9 components and placed on a 3.25” cardboard cake round (I trimmed off the tab to fit into the base).

Dynamic Showcasing Mold

Love the curves of this mold as it makes for a dynamic piece when layering with colored cocoa butter. Polishing the moldnwith cocoa butter first gives it that glossy showroom finish!
