Irca Nobel white coating chocolate (22lb) provides easy melting and workability with the flavor of rich, white chocolate without the need of tempering. These buttons have strong flavor and beautiful off-white color.

Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.

Melt at 47C/120F and cool to 38C/102F to use.
