The squared pastry moulds and the premarked measuring instruments are designed in order to optimize
working time on one hand and depot space on the other.
Wastage may be reduced as well, to a certain extent and, as a consequence, a precise result will be guaranteed.
Particularly suitable for the creation of innovative, single baking desserts, all of which have the same weight and dimension
(from the classic rectangular ones 4 cm high to the most creative suggestions).
These may combine different structures to basis with finishing touches of cream, jelly or fruit compotes, in order to easily obtain
pastries of several layers.
